Day 1: Arrival To Casablanca

Day 3: Chefchaouen → The Roman Ruins of Volubilis → Meknes → Fes

Feel free to feed them while exploring the forest. We’ll next go to Midelt, where we’ll have some free time for lunch. Then we take the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and the Ziz valley to Merzouga. With stops for spectacular views. We arrive in the afternoon to the Merzouga Sahara desert. 

Then you ride camels over the dry landscape. After that, you’ll stop on top of a high dune to watch the sunset. Finally, you proceed to the camp. Where you may listen to Berber drum music while dancing around a bonfire beneath a starry sky. Dinner and sleeping at the camp.

Day 6: Merzouga → Rissani → Erfoud → Todra Gorges → Dades Valley

Wake up early in the morning to see the stunning sunrise in the middle of the desert. After breakfast, you return on camels to Merzouga, where your transport awaits. We leave the desert to visit Rissani, Tafilalet’s old capital. 

Rissani remains an important regional trading center with a bustling souk. We will visit a famous shop for fossils in Erfoud. Then we go to Tinghir through Touroug and Tinjdad. 5 km from Tinghir to Todra Gorge to enjoy the panoramic views of two high mountains and rivers, and you will have lunch there. 

Drive through Boumalne, where you will continue discovering new landscapes such as Monkey Fingers Rock formation. Finally, you will dine in Dades.

Day 7: Dades Valley → Ouarzazate → High Atlas Mountains → Marrakech

During the day 7, we will visit the Rose Valley in Kalaa Magouna. A Rose Festival is held each year. Locals sell rose-related items such as smells, flower oil, rose water, and makeup.
